- Researched and developed Niffler, a radiology big data integration framework to query, retrieve, and process DICOM images and clinical data at scale from PACS and RIS systems in real-time or retrospectively.
- Researched and developed CONTROL-CORE, a distributed execution framework for design and simulation of neuromodulation control systems with a lightweight visual editor to compose studies as workflows.

- Developed and deployed Bindaas data access federation middleware to provide REST APIs for the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) with API key based authentication measures with Kong API Gateway.
